Programs & Services for Nontraditional Students

Legal Clinics

The June Anderson Center partners with the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands for their Free Legal Help Clinics. Please find more information at https://las.org/find-help/free-legal-help-clinics/.

Pinnacle Honor Society

Pinnacle is MTSU's chapter of the national Pinnacle Honor Society for nontraditional students, generally over 25. Our MTSU chapter makes exceptions for students with adult responsibilities who are not yet 25. In addition to the 3.0 GPA required for undergraduates (3.4 for graduate students), Pinnacle looks at previous community service, volunteer work, and honors that the student has earned in life.

National Nontraditional Student Week

Middle Tennessee State University shows support and recognition of our adult students during National Non-traditional Student Week. National Non-Traditional Student Week is held the first week of November and we plan to celebrate our students with a variety of activities.

Financial Education

The MTSU June Anderson Center partners with First Horizon Bank to provide Financial Education to our students.
